This was a fairly nice stay for a business trip. The room was well-maintained and freshly renovated in general, with 1 queen bed. The location turned out to be particularly good and excellent, near to many very nice restaurants, Downtown, and Schaumburg. Furthermore, in the Chicago area.

loved the room and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!
Too many young children unsupervised....running the halls and the elevator....wet floors in the lobby and the elevator due to the kids going in and out of the pool....staff could not keep up with the water on the floor!

The bed in the king room was plush and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the interstate made it easy to access. The staff was friendly and accommodating .
The amenities could use some upgrading.

It was very clean and comfortable and quiet and the staff were very nice ! The room was warm and had a great powerful shower with lots of hot water !
The location was terrible and I was stuck without a car there for a day due to family stuff so that was kinda my own fault !

The breakfast was ok, however one morning they were out of everything. No omlets, no sausage, I left. Your employee Dawn saved our stay, after no sleep the first night she moved us to another room.
On the night of 11 Oct we returned to our room after a class re-union and our neighboring room openned and closed the door at least 75 times, knocked on our door 5 times. It all ended at 5 AM. Sorry but someone from your staff should have intervened. I probably will never stay at the Hampton again. Sorry.

Our favourite, hip new hotel in Elgin with efficient staff. Excellent location close to restaurant, easy to get anywhere. Really close to many very nice restaurants, Downtown, and Schaumburg.

Comfortable stay with great amenities
The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with a variety of healthy options available each morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was under maintenance , a bit disappointing since I was looking forward to using it.
